The restaurant was top-notch with a choice of foods and drinks at the ground floor here, I had hot dishes. There were a hair dryer, comfortable chais, and comfy chairs. Great and handy location, the rooms were functional. The pool was nice and I had cool drinks in the main bar.

The location was good and absolutely perfect for me, easy to walk to numerous restaurants nearby. Further, it was adjacent to the town centre, the main city area and a bus stop. The English breakfast had a wide array of options for all tastes.

Ideal location in the very nice area, with the train station walk from the hotel. Again, walking distance to a massive glasshouse. Easy parking and warm and savoury breakfast with many options.
Beds were not very comfortable.

Fairly clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Had a flat screen TV, tea/coffee, and a kettle in my good standard and well-organised room. The venue was in a central location really close to Close to the railway station, a better town centre and the city center and train/bus stations. It also was very close to the main shopping areas as well.

Liked free breakfast, neat room.
The room we had included coffee-making facilities, a comfy chair, and complimentary wireless internet. Functional bathrooms, that included a tub, were cleaned daily. The hotel was in a marvellous and easy location walk from hills and a botanical garden.

Breakfasts were gluten free.
Everything was second to none, exceptionally polite staff, wonderful views of hills in the background. We got an upgrade to a well-organised room with a flat screen TV, tea/coffee and a kettle. The bed was comfortable as expected. In general the service was excellent.

I had the English breakfast with lovely Products. It was in a central setting to the bars on Division Street. A modern museum was also a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Its location was amazing, really close to shops, restaurants, and public transports to the other part of the city and The Moor shopping area. We could drink something at Fresh Choice Noodle Bar, located 1 km away. The breakfast was savoury and fresh made and there was a great selection of food to choose from.
